TOKYO | NAOKO & SHIGE SESSION BY MARIO JR

MARIO JR, OVERSEAS, PRE WEDDING

My experience with Naoko and Shige in Japan.

Japan is an amazing country filled with colorful backdrop, cultural scenery and wondrous views. From all the countless amazing locations we decided to pick Jiyūgaoka as our main photo location, with its distinct personality, Jiyūgaoka, became a desirable destination for hip youngsters and fun energetic people. Not too mention unique architectures and colorful environment, this location is the perfect spot for an exquisite photoshoot.

I met with this lovely couple, Naoko and Shige at 1pm in front of jiyugaoka station.
My first impression of them was that they were very cheerful and excited for the photo session.
For our photo experience we tried to go for a more natural style shoots, without any exaggerated poses or forced smiles. We utilized every nooks and corners to get that urban style shoot yet captivating and focusing more towards their delightful personalities. During the shoot session we would found a good spot and let their charms do the work.

Overall this has been a very amazing experience, Naoko and Shige were very easy to work with, with their cheerful demeanor and casual style, I managed to let their personalities came through my lens.

Steven & Moon Wedding at Sahita Villa Canggu by Adiwarna

ADIWARNA, WEDDING

Steven and Moon already like an old friend for me, we are often meet up for discuss about their pre-wedding and their wedding (you can see their pre-wedding photos, from my previous post). I remember when i first meet them for discuss about their wedding day, Moon said “I must be a most beautiful bride on my wedding day”. Of course that not a difficult thing, because Moon is actually beautiful and will be a most beautiful bride on their wedding day.

They choose Villa Sahita, located at the Canggu seaside for their wedding venue. The extensive villa with awesome view, there are many coconut trees with a strong wind blowing.

Their wedding took place very lively, a lot of their dearest and nearest come to Bali. The day was very good, everything went smoothly until at night. The most awaited moment for Steven is, after party.

Tirtha Uluwatu wedding Reyson & Michelle by Gusde

GUSDE, WEDDING

What’s not to love about Bali island? Its fresh air, amazing hospitality, and spectacular landscape including deep blue sea ocean view are ones not to be missed. Destination wedding is one of the best ways to enjoy an intimate celebration with your beloved ones. On the wonderful island of Bali, Michelle and Reyson began on their new journey as husband and wife with a wedding ceremony held in Tirtha Uluwatu, set on the Southern cliff top of Bali with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. This lively couple met in Dubai, and decided to get married after the proposal done by Skype on their 1st anniversary.

Wedding celebration was all extraordinary and high-spirited, with all the bride maids looking beautiful with their up-dos and tropical dresses. Their wedding ceremony under the sunny afternoon light was so pretty with classy colors palette of white. The bride looked so beautifully with her white wedding dress and colorful bouquet and likewise the groom looked equally very charming that day.

Still in her lovely white dress sans the veil, the bride looked stunning beside the handsome groom when they did their grand entrance for the reception. Romantic, nonetheless. The colorful decorations and joyful atmosphere, bright colors like orange and yellow were incorporated into the decorations and table settings. Wedding reception took place at the Glass House. This venue is not only about unique architecture and dreamlike garden concept but also has magical ethereal play of light and colors that organically flow together with its surrounding. In the middle of the reception someone stood up giving a speech and sang a song, a familiar voice and familiar song, surprisingly there was Jose Mari Chan. Nothing could beat the intimacy of that moment. The speeches started with a little serenade and continued with much laughter and few happy tears too. The dance was wrapped up with the most-awaited first dance of the bride and groom. Everyone was left in awe.

“may god be with you and bless you. may you see your children’s children. may you be poor on misfortunes and rich in blessings. may you know nothing but happiness from this day forward”
